Two sisters. One vision.
Founded in 2025 by two sisters, NÉLMY™ was born from a desire to create something truly meaningful. Inspired by this idea, we founded our company the same year. NÉLMY™ combines technology, comfort, safety, and modern design to redefine smart baby carriers. The name NÉLMY™ comes from the first letters of our beloved grandparents, Nelė and Mykolas, whose life together was a true example of family and endless love.
In 2025, we presented our product at StartupFair, the biggest startup event in Lithuania, and were also selected to participate in Web Summit in Lisbon, one of the world’s largest technology conferences. We were honored to be the first winners of the Lithuanian Business School “From Idea to Action” competition, which provided funding and mentorship to help us grow and bring our vision to life. We also participated in Dreamin’ Kosovo & LEAPin Conference 2026, where we gained valuable experience, built meaningful connections, and explored innovation.

Jovile Jurgaitė
Co-founder with 7 years of experience in finance and business management. Currently working as a financial controller and teaching finance courses to graduate students.
Simona Jurgaitė
Co-founder with 10 years of healthcare experience and an extensive Nurse-Family Partnership background, with expertise in business management and innovation implementation.
